From Monday to Friday, all orders will be processed in a timely manner. It takes 2-3 days to be ready for air freight.

Standard shipping: 18-25 days.
Fast Shipping ($4.95): Within 14 days.
If your order does not arrive within 30, we will refund the shipping cost.
For other remote islands, the order may take 30-45 days.

4. Will I get a receipt and return form?
No need. Keep the paperless mindset, your receipt will be sent by email. Please email us any special requests and we will serve you wholeheartedly.
5.Can I exchange products?
no. If you like the product, but need another size, color or variation, you need to return the product for a refund (see the return policy here), and then place a new order. We recommend that you order immediately after ordering, because sometimes the product may run out.
6.How to track your Groupon merchandise market shipments
It may take 3-9 working days for your package to be sent out. Upon completion, we will send you a confirmation email containing the carrier-specific tracking number.
