If you want to return or exchange an order for any reason, we will help you!
Within 30 days after purchase, we provide free return or exchange.

▪ Your order will include an express return label.
If you are not satisfied with the purchase, return the package within 30 days from the date of receipt of the package. Just stick the label on the new (or original) shipping bag, seal the bag containing the package (please seal it with the original box), and put it to the courier location nearest you. All merchandise must be returned intact and returned. We do not accept used goods after removing the label.
▪ The “Last Chance” item is marked as “Final Sale” and is not eligible for return.

▪ You can return the product to get store credit (gift card) or refund with the original payment method.

▪ I received the product as a gift and want to return or exchange it.

If the product was purchased from our online store, we can only provide gift returns. The product needs to be returned to the original payment method before a new order can be placed. The returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

▪ Who pays for the shipping cost when returning the goods?

We hope that every purchase fully meets expectations and promises. For returns in this case, we will pay the return shipping fee.

If you want to return multiple items, please return them together to enjoy the free return of all items. If you return the items one by one, you may have to pay additional shipping costs.

B. If the product is in good condition, but you don’t like it and want to return it, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

Defective order

20% handling fee will be charged for returning products that are not defective or damaged, but just “change your mind”.

▪ When will I receive a refund?
Please process your refund within 10 working days after receiving your return order in our warehouse. Allow 1-2 billing cycles so that the credit is shown on the statement.

▪My credit card number has been changed. How can I refund?
When you receive a new credit card, the bank will link your account to the new card. You will receive a credit refund normally.

▪ How do i handle the warranty?

I am happy to provide a 6-month warranty for any defects in materials or workmanship of the manufacturer. The warranty can be provided within six months from the date of purchase, together with a proof of purchase.

▪ The voucher will be refunded within 3 days

Even if the promotional value has expired, your voucher may always be redeemed at the issuer at least the amount you paid. In addition, any unredeemed vouchers can be returned to us for a refund within three days of purchase. After this three-day period, printscustomblog will not refund any vouchers, and all sales are final, unless otherwise stated in the rules.

▪ Provide product label for refund:
For products returned due to customer preference/change of mind, the original shipping fee will not be refunded. Thirty days after delivery, all items purchased through printscustomblog are non-refundable, and all sales are final. Returns must carry the return label provided by printscustomblog in order to process returns and refunds

Since the customer uses a shipping service without a tracking number, there is a lack of returned items.

Overdue or missing refund

If you have not received the refund, please check your Paypal/bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially issued.
