Free shipping is provided for every order.

Shipping costs are estimated at the time of purchase based on the information we process immediately, and are usually accurate. In rare cases, some unknown factors may affect the transportation cost, such as oversized cartons, rural or residential delivery, or fast service to meet your requested delivery date. If the shipping method is very different from the shipping method at checkout, we will contact you before processing your order.
Shipments outside the United States may be subject to import fees, which are borne by the customer.
▪ Our preferred carriers are FedEx and UPS.
We will determine the best shipping method based on your requested delivery date, shipping location and cost. Freight is charged by the carrier according to the currently published rate. We will not charge a handling fee in excess of the published price. If you wish to ship with your UPS or FedEx account, please provide this information when ordering. If the shipping fee is not specified in your order confirmation, you will be charged a shipping fee after shipment, which may show up as a separate fee on your credit card.
▪ When can I arrive for my order?
Orders that are delivered will be processed within 1-2 working days, and then delivered within 5-8 working days using standard ground services. We provide priority delivery service at an additional cost of $5.99 (delivery within 2-5 working days after processing), and express freight at a cost of $24.99 (delivery within 2-3 working days after processing). If the order is placed in the evening, weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.
▪ Who will place my order?
For orders within the United States, we will provide them with FedEx and USPS.
▪ How can I track my order?
Soon after the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also log in to your account to track your order.
▪ Can I choose an address different from the billing address?
Yes it is. At the checkout stage, you can choose to enter a delivery address that is different from the address attached to the bill.
▪ Can I redirect my order to another address after shipping?
Unfortunately not. After shipping, your order will be sent directly to the address originally provided.
▪ Does my delivery require a signature?
Our package does not need to be signed. If you want to request one, please email us before placing an order. For areas with heavy traffic or apartment buildings, this is usually a good idea.
